Fullsight
Terms of service
Last updated November 4, 2026
The agreement
These terms are between you and Ernst Development LLC, which runs Fullsight. By creating an account or using Fullsight, you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you can agree on the company's behalf, and "you" includes the company.
Your account
Use accurate details, confirm your email address, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the roles you give the people you invite.
Your data
Your organization's data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide Fullsight to you, as described in the privacy policy.
You're responsible for having the right to connect each platform and to bring in the people data it holds, and for following those platforms' own terms.
Platform keys
Fullsight uses the admin keys you provide only to read from the platforms they belong to. It doesn't make changes there. Decisions you record in Fullsight, such as marking a seat for removal or approving a limit request, are carried out by you in each platform's own console. You can remove a connection at any time, and revoke its key in the platform.
For Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT, our setup steps ask for read permissions only, and never ones that read chat content. Claude Console and OpenAI API Platform admin keys have no scopes, and the Cursor key we ask for has its admin scope, so what those could do is wider than what we do with them.
The catalog
The skill catalog offers open-source skills written by others, adapted by us, under their own licenses (each one includes its license and a notice of our changes). They're provided as is. Check that a skill suits your work before you send it to people, and review what it produces. MCP servers listed there are run by their vendors under the vendors' own terms; listing one isn't an endorsement, and connecting to one is between your organization and that vendor.
AI features
AI reviews and report summaries are written by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, and can be incomplete or wrong. A review is advice for the people who approve; it doesn't approve or block anything, and an approver remains responsible for each decision. A summary is written from the report's own figures, which stay the reference. These features are off until your organization's owner turns them on.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Fullsight to break the law or anyone else's rights.
- Don't try to reach another organization's data, get around rate limits or security, or disrupt the service.
- Don't upload malware. The skill and MCP checks help reviewers spot risks; they don't guarantee that anything is safe, and approvers remain responsible for what they approve.
Fees
Fees, if any, are agreed with you separately in writing.
Changes and availability
Fullsight is still developing. Features may change, and some platform connections haven't yet been run against every plan the platforms offer; the app marks those as unverified. We work to keep Fullsight available and accurate, but it's provided as is, without warranties to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ernst Development LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Fullsight in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Fullsight at any time. An owner can delete the organization and its data in Settings › Danger zone, or ask us to. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top and email organization owners about significant changes before they take effect.
